Customed Mac window snap+resize with Magic mouse gestures
Inspired by BetterTouchTool and TwoUp. Just created two AppleScript: ThreeUp for 27" iMac and TwoUp for 15" Macbook Pro, similar to snap feature in Windows 7. It is quick and dirty but works like a charm with Multitouch gestures (Magic mouse or TouchPad). Screenshot here:
Steps:
- Get AppleScript snippet ThreeUp (27" iMac) or TwoUp (15" MBP): . Place under "/Library/Scripts"
- Install FastScripts. Map keyboard shortcuts to AppleScript.
- Install BetterTouchTool. Map Magic mouse (or TouchPad) gesture to mapped keyboard shortcuts.
- Enjoy! (scripts assume that Dock is set to automatically hide. Adjust as you wish)
